Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams was spotted getting escorted off a plane by the FBI, but her lawyer told PEOPLE what really went down.
The 411:
Joe Habachy told the publication, “Williams exited the aircraft after she was ‘verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation.'”
“FBI Atlanta is aware of an incident on a Delta flight on November 16th allegedly involving Porsha Williams and/or at least one other person. We are looking to see whether any federal charges may or may not apply.”
“Two customers on the flight were spoken to by cabin crew. The flight continued to Atlanta and landed without issue. Law enforcement met the flight upon arrival at ATL.”
Her lawyer adds that she “has every intention of cooperating with law enforcement to whatever extent necessary, and remains confident that the passenger will be charged.”
Delta’s rep told TMZ that “two passengers were involved in the incident. The flight continued and landed in Atlanta as scheduled.”

The incident apparently went down Sunday night on a flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta. Porsha was seen strutting out of the gate in a fur coat and Uggs. From the looks of it, she doesn’t seem fazed at all.
The reality star is accompanied by an officer, who she appears to speak with shortly after deplaning.
A spokesperson for FBI Atlanta revealed, “FBI Atlanta is aware of an incident allegedly involving Porsha Williams and/or at least one other person. We are looking to see whether any federal charges may or may not apply.”
