Phaedra ParksĀ has a BIG goal for Dancing With the Stars … to “break” the Real Housewives curse on ABC’s popular competition reality show. The returning Real Housewives of AtlantaĀ star told Access she’s coming for redemption.
Breaking the cycle:
The TraitorsĀ season 2 stand out star is hopeful for a win, and she’s not messing around. When asked about the other Real Housewives who have performed on DWTS, Phaedra gave an honest answer, laced with hilarious shade … Phaedra’s forte.
“Hopefully I break the Housewives curse,” began Phaedra. “That’s what I’m hoping.” She noted, “We are very entertaining, but I don’t guess our dancing has been that good.”
Phaedra dropped a truth bomb … “No one’s actually won! I gotta put on my dancing shoes. I gotta redeem for the girls.” She admitted she didn’t ask her colleagues for advice … considering they all lost.
āI didn’t ask them, she told People. “I want to go in the situation sort of fresh. We had a chat and so they gave me their thoughts about it, but I didn’t really want their tips because I need to win. They haven’t won yet.ā

Never forget, the formerĀ Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star passed out during rehearsal and vomited behind the scenes during most of the episode. Erika Jayne Girardi, also from RHOBH, was the 4th contestant eliminated. I wonder how she would have scored withĀ pat-the-pussĀ Mikey [Minden] as her coach?!
Then there was Kim Fields. The Facts of LifeĀ actress was the 5th celebrity eliminated.Thankfully for Kim, she fared much better as an actress than in her reality TV stints. Never forget, Kim is on a short list ofĀ single-seasonĀ Real Housewivesā¦ Nene Leaks, also from RHOA, competed on season 18 of DWTS and was eliminated 5th. Her former co-star. Kenya Moore, was the 5th star eliminated.
The highest ranked Real Housewife from the Real Housewives franchise is Lisa Rinna. Performing on season 2 ofĀ DWTS, Lisa was 7th star eliminated making her the highest achievingĀ Real HousewifeĀ to date!
Never forget:
While not a Housewife, Ariana Madix – the breakout star from Vanderpump Rules – competed last year on Dancing With the Stars. Ariana placed third, making her the highest ranking Bravolebrity on DWTS to date.
