Regarding the specificity of her accent on TWL, she credited a long-running Bravo reality show for inspo. “Of course, I love Southern women.”
“We all watch Southern Charm.”
The host interrupted, “The reality show?!” An enthusiastic Parker responded, “Yeah.”
The House Of Yes actress concluded, “Being able to be this dramatic and funny is just so juicy and fun to do.”

Thomas Ravenel and the fictional Timothy Ratliff:
Jason Isaacs brought to life ‘Timothy Ratliff’ย โ a well to do businessman from North Carolina.ย Both Jason and his TV sonย Sam Nivolaย were told by the Showโs creator to bingeย Southern Charmย toย draw(l)ย inspiration for the Ratliffs.ย
A fewย Southern Charmย cast members, namelyย Cameron Eubanks, posted their thoughts surrounding the Bravo showโs connection to the third season.ย โMany of yall are echoing what I thought as soon as I heard the dad speak. โDamn, he sounds like Thomas Ravenel.’โ
โThat dialect is NOT North Carolina. Itโs old Charleston.โ
Thomas entered the chat.
โIโm confused. Some actor told a reporter he impersonated my voice with the exception of 2 vowels. Then, he told another reporter he borrowed the accent from a politician in North Carolina. Iโm scratching my head over this.โย
