Paris Hilton called Mauricio Umansky out for “using the Hilton name” to gain clout.
Instagram’s @QueensOfBravo posted a preview for the second season of Buying Beverly Hills in which Mauricio spoke of getting ‘fucked’ by the Hilton family.
**Of course, Mauricio is married (although estranged) to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘s Kyle Richards who is sisters with Kathy Hilton and is Paris’s mom.**
Paris slammed Mauricio for speaking poorly of the Hilton Hotels:
After seeing the preview of Buying BH, Paris slipped into the comment section to defend her dad and slam her Uncle Mauricio in one fell swoop.
The Paris In Love star began, “My father is a consummate gentleman and has always taken the higher road.”
“He would never speak negatively about his family – especially in the press.”
“Frankly, we are all sick of him using the Hilton name every chance he gets to plug his lame show.”
“It is enough already,” concluded The Simple Life icon.

During a preview for Buying Beverly Hills, Mauricio and his colleagues enjoyed wine while throwing his estranged wife’s family under the bus.
“So, I think I got fucked by Hilton & Hyland,” explained Mau. “And when I say, fucked, you know, like, today, I’m happy.”
“But, there was 100 agents at Hilton & Hyland. They did $1 billion for the first time a year.”
“I was 19.6% of their production. I went to Rick and I said, ‘I’d really like equity and to be a partner.'”
Mauricio explained, “He went back, he talked to Jeff, he got back to me, and basically I was told, ‘No.'”
Family feud:
Surprisingly, Mauricio spilled piping hot tea regarding his history with Paris’s family and the Hilton name … that audiences never got on 13 seasons of RHOBH.
“Then I went home, I talked to Kyle. I go, ‘this is really going to cause a lot of stress between you, your sister, and your family.”
Basically, “I don’t want to do this move of leaving and starting a company if you’re not comfortable.”
Kyle “was 100% supportive.”
“And I remember they said to me, ‘How did you not give us any warning or any issue?’ And I was like, ‘Warning?'”
Paris’s Uncle Mauricio continued, “I think Hilton & Hyland is an amazing company. I’ve never be caught speaking poorly about them because I don’t think poorly about them.”
“And, I am Rick [Hilton]‘s brother-in-law, but unfortunately, it got sour because it really affected the family.”
“Kyle [was affected] more than anybody. Her family stopped speaking to her.”
“But, she understood that what was done to me was wrong, and she stood by me, and at the end of the day, I needed that.”
