Nikki Garcia and Artem Chigvintsev‘s divorce has a hefty price tag for the former WWE wrestler.
PEOPLE obtained documents that reveal the exes reached an agreement with the Dancing with the Stars alum where they’ll share joint custody of their son, Matteo, 4.
Nikki was ordered to pay Artem:
Nikki will pay Artem $3,500 a month in child support. Additionally, she’s to pay a lump sum of $200,000 that will be divided into two equal payments. One is due now, while the other before the end of the year.
That’s not all. The Traitors US season 3 personality is financing the cost of their son Matteo’s health insurance, speech therapy, and the remainder of his preschool education through the 2024-2025 school year.
The former couple will split the rest of their son’s extracurricular activities and jointly select the school for the 2025 school year. When it comes to Matteo’s custody, the exes will split major holidays and trade off each year.
The division of assets:
Matteo’s parents will retain their respective possessions and assets. Artem will keep their Los Angeles home and all of the trusts in his name. That includes Art-Ronin Enterprise and Southeast Storage Group.
Nikki gets to keep their Napa home and all of the trusts in her name, including her businesses Stephanie Nicole Garcia Entertainment and Bonita Bonita by Nikki and Brie.

In late August 2024, DWTS’ Artem was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. The professional dancer was booked into Napa County Jail on a felony DV charge.
A source from TMZ revealed that “deputies responded to a domestic-violence call at a location in the town of Yountville. An arrest was made at the scene, and injuries were reportedly involved.”
There are no reports at this time if his wife, Nikki (Bella) Garcia, was involved in the dispute. However, we do know that she is also in Napa Valley according to Instagram stories.
With this said, the Judge’s ruling was quite the plot twist.
