Casting confirmed!
During an episode of the Popping Off Podcast, Teddi Mellencamp dropped what she knew about casting for the upcoming second season of the Pump Rules spinoff. “Lala and Scheana are spotted filming with The Valley cast.” The strongly disliked former Real Housewife of Beverly Hills added, “The only thing I do know for 100% certainty is that they are filming.”
John Mellencamp’s daughter’s source is the “nice couple goes to my church. I know they are filming.” The ‘nice couple’ is Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez, fyi.
The gnat’s theory … which actually tracks:
Teddi doesn’t think Janet nor Nia would be able to support Brittany and trash Jax like Scheana and Lala can because of their on-camera history. “I think that Brittany needs to have her friends.” Brittany “needed her ‘Top Gun’ friends to discuss what Jax is doing.” Lala and Scheana “can bring in hindsight.”

My (unsolicited) shady theory:
Jax has yet to be seen filming at any cast events this season. I have a feeling the rest of the cast is rallying around Brittany, to Jax’s chagrin. My gut tells me no one wants to film with Jax because no one really likes him – he’s just Brittany’s (estranged) husband at this point with this new group of friends.
IMHO, Jax’s claim that he’s working on himself in a treatment center is cover for not getting air time on the show *he thinks* is his.
