The case against Kim and Kroy:
The new owners of the estate were forced to legally remove the former couple from the home last year.
The filing stated that the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star and the ex-NFL player held “the premises over and beyond the term for which they rented to them.”
It was also alleged that Kim and Kroy had already been served the papers for the “proceeding against a tenant holding over.” But the estranged couple didn’t respond to the filings from the new owners.
That’s when sh*t got real!
The U.S. Marshals intervened and removed Kim and Kroy from the home on April 8. Four deputy marshals “ejected” the estranged couple from the Atlanta mansion from 3:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
A murky timeline:
On December 26, 2024, Ariana Biermann posted a TikTok saying goodbye to her family’s home after they celebrated their last Christmas there.
The Next Gen NYC personality recorded her younger siblings, Kroy Jagger [KJ], Kash Kade, Kaia Rose, and Kane Ren inside the empty home. Lovingly, Ariana hugged and kissed the kids as they transitioned from the house they had lived in for most of their lives.

1- The house was empty in late December. 2- The U.S. Marshals removed the Don’t Be Tardy alums in April.
I couldn’t help but wonder … How, when, and why would Kim and Kroy move back into the home they already left?
