Kelly Dodd expressed her intention to sue Tamra Judge for slander. The former Real Housewives of Orange County star took to Instagram to share her plan with her followers after talking to a former Real Husband of The OC about his legal win against Tammy Sue after she was defamatory and damaging to his business.
Keep in mind, Ryan Boyajian (Jennifer Pedranti’s boyfriend) filed a lawsuit just days ago against Tamra after she spread misinformation about him to the world on Watch What Happens Live.
Legal advice from Jesus Jugs’ ex-husband:
Mrs. Rick Leventhal explained, “I just got off the phone with Jim Bellino. He gave me the info on what happened with what Tamra did. Then I got a bunch of DMs also saying, ‘She’s a liability. Tamra Judge needs to be sued.'”
“I need to sue Tamra Judge. Vicki [Gunvalson] needs to sue Tamra Judge, and Gretchen [Rossi] needs to sue Tamra Judge. We all need to come together and sue her.”
“She said I suck dick for money on the show. Not once … multiple times. That is not true,” declared the terminated Bravo TV star. “It’s slander, and it’s disgusting. She gets to say I do a sex train and all these things. That is a lie.”
