Kelli Potter’s legal troubles are continuing.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, ARF Financial sued Kelli and her restaurant, Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles, in 2025 over an unpaid business loan.
After she reportedly failed to respond to the lawsuit, a default judgment was entered against her for $217,301 — a total that continues to grow with interest each day.
Now, the creditor is subpoenaing multiple banks in an effort to determine whether the RHOA star has funds in any accounts that can be seized.
A representative for Kelli told the publication:
“This matter stems from a business loan that [Kelli] and her ex-husband, Mr. Ferrell, obtained over five years ago while they were married.”
The rep claimed the debt was addressed during the couple’s divorce proceedings.
However, Kelli allegedly argued that her ex-husband, Mark Ferrell, should be responsible for the debt — a claim he denied.
Kelli’s rep added:
“We are confident that this legal matter will be rightfully resolved, but as of now, [Kelli] hasn’t been officially served.”
ICYMI: Kelli and Mark Ferrell were married for 11 years before finalizing their divorce in 2025 and share three daughters.
Mark is a restaurateur, the founder of Uncle Butch’s Chicken and Waffles, and an independent record label owner.
The former couple has also been involved in ongoing legal disputes over child support and the division of assets.
