Hot Ones host Sean Evans was a guest on actress Keke Palmer‘s podcast, and fans agree the pair appear closer than ever … and not because they’ve played Twister together.
“The ‘Burbs” actress even introduced Sean as her “potential future suitor” on her pod.
How it started:
It’s no secret Sean has a soft spot for Keke after interviewing her several times. In November 2023, Sean revealed that he had a crush on a “Very charming woman,” … Keke.
A couple of years later, the pair shocked viewers when they kissed on Hot Wings. Keke flirted, “I saw an interview where you said I was your favorite guest, and all this really sweet stuff.”
“I know we’ve just had some wings, but I thought that maybe we could just have a quick smooch to see if there’s a spark,” she added. After the pair locked lips, Keke said, “The sparks are sparking!” Sean added, “When I’m dying, and my life flashes before my eyes, I’ll have that snapshot.”
How it’s going:
During Sean’s appearance on Keke’s podcast, he revealed that his celebrity crush growing up was TLC rapper Left Eye. Keke interjected, “I played Chili in the [‘CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story’] movie. Close enough.” Sean replied, “Absolutely close enough.”
Like many of us, Keke’s mom is rooting for Sean and Keke. Toward the end of the podcast episode, Sharon Palmer, told Sean that watching him with her daughter was a “great moment.” Sharon wasn’t allowed to be with someone who was from the YouTuber’s “rich” area of Illinois.
“This is great. This is how life should be. The guy from Crystal Lake should be sitting next to the girl from Robbins [Illinois],” Sharon said. Keke said, “That’s so sweet, Mom. I love that. Shoutout to Mr. and Mrs. Evans … your parents.”
Sean then quipped to Keke, “Oh, I thought you were talking about us, [Mr. and Mrs. Evans.]” Giggling, the duo concluded the show by exchanging “I love yous” and embracing for a hug.
