The onscreen drama from Real Housewives of Potomac is being taken to the courtroom. According to TV Deets, “Keiarna Stewart is suing Deborah Williams for assault and battery over their explosive fight featured on season 8 of Bravo’s RHOP.”
Legal stuff:
“The lawsuit, which was filed in DC Superior Court in February 2024, expands on the altercation with Keairna alleging that Deborah had been making ‘inflammatory comments’ all night about Candiace Dillard Bassett’s husband, Chris Bassett.”
The complaint alleged that the “ill-will” between Deborah and Keairna continued throughout the evening. Deborah allegedly picked up a “heavy glass filled with a beverage” and attempted to “pour it on Candiace’s head with the contents making their way to Keairna.”
The damage:
The now-empty glass allegedly Keiarna Stewart her in the forehead causing a “serious laceration.” The two then engaged in an altercation. Court documents state Keairna needed stitches and has a “permanent scar.” She’s asking for $10,000,000 in damages for the “mental and physical anguish associated” with the brawl. She is also “asking the court for a jury trial.”
Deborah plead not guilty and is denying all of the allegations made in the complaint.

What to expect with filming:
Keairna Stewart will as an official ‘friend of’ the Housewives, while Deborah will not return. For those of us who love mess, the lawsuit drama is expected to play out on the Bravo show when it returns for its ninth season.
