Kandi Burruss is keeping it real when it comes to the relationship between her husband Todd Tucker and her mom, Mama Joyce.
Spoiler alert: it’s still not Kandi Koated.
The RHOA alum shared on Amazon Live that things between the two are “not great.”
While they’ve had moments where they can peacefully coexist — like at Ace and Blaze’s school graduation — it’s still shaky at best.
Since returning from a recent vacation, the singer admitted Mama Joyce “hasn’t been feeling her.”
Still, Kandi remains hopeful that things might improve.
She even teased that what fans see is nothing compared to the real behind-the-scenes tension. And honestly? That’s hard to imagine, considering what we have seen.
Let’s not forget: during Kandi’s time on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Mama Joyce regularly went in on Todd — and even dragged his late mother into it.
Then there was also the time she accused Kandi’s close friend Carmon of having an affair with Todd. Wild.
I was raised to respect my elders, and Kandi’s made it clear she doesn’t want anyone coming for her mom — but whew, Mama Joyce has put her through it.
