Jersey Shore‘s Mike Sorrentino is in another legal ‘Situation.’

According to TMZ, ‘The ‘Jersey Shore’ star has only completed 18 of the 500 hours of community service he was ordered to complete as part of his tax evasion sentence.”

Mike’s probation officer isn’t having it:

The ‘pissed off’ PO is asking the judge to “slap him on the wrist for falling way behind on completing his community service hours.”

She claims to have repeatedly talked to the dad-to-be about where he can volunteer within his community suggesting “Toys for Tots, his church and several food banks.” (Never forget the time Mike actually did complete some community service hours and referred to it as doing ‘God’s work.’)

She brought receipts:

She explained to TMZ that Sitch was supposed to complete volunteer hours in August, but didn’t attend due to covid concerns.

The PO offered remote community services to help him complete his court mandated sentence, but she claims he’s made ‘next to no effort.’

It worked!

The judge “is now issuing Mike a written warning.”

Hopefully Mike gets his act together…and quick!
