Jennifer Pedranti’s son Dawson experienced a scary moment during his Marine graduation ceremony.
On this week’s Real Housewives of Orange County, Jennifer brought her boys to get tattoos — but things took a turn when Dawson began sweating, turning red, and ultimately fainting mid-ink session.
Thankfully, he recovered quickly after what appeared to be a brief seizure.
Unfortunately, Dawson faced another health scare during his Marine graduation.
Jennifer revealed on Instagram that “about 20 minutes in, a Marine goes down — Dawson passes out.”
In her heartfelt post, she explained that Dawson had been fighting pneumonia during the Marines’ notoriously intense final training, “the Crucible.“
“He thought he was getting through it but today it got the best of him,” Jennifer wrote.
Despite the medical scare, the proud mom made it clear she’s beyond proud of her son’s milestone:
“I’m proud to sit and watch him become a Marine in his graduation OR standing next to him in a hospital bed getting an IV!”

Fans flooded her comments with concern after learning this marked the second time Dawson has passed out.
Jennifer reassured everyone that he was properly evaluated, attributing the fainting to a mix of sickness and a flu shot reaction.
Either way — it’s a day the Pedranti family will never forget.
