Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti was awarded sole physical custody of her three minor children.
Us Weekly reported the latest in Jennifer’s divorce battle with ex-husband William Pedranti.
Congrats to Jenn!
Last week, Jennifer and William informed the court of a change to their custody arrangement. They had previously agreed to share joint physical and legal custody in their 2024 divorce settlement.
Now, Jennifer will have their three minor children, Greyson, 15, Everleigh, 13, and Dominic, 11, full-time. Moving forward, William will only have visitation of the three. The exes share two older sons who are not minors.
Per the agreement, William will provide Jennifer a one-hour notice before any proposed visit with the kids.
How we got here:
In mid 2024, Jennifer Pedranti officially settled her divorce. According to reports from In Touch, Jennifer and her ex, William, will share joint legal and physical custody of their four minor children. She will also receive child and spousal support … with stipulations.
Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic will reside with their mother. Their parents “agreed not to make disparaging or derogatory remarks about the other in the presence of any of their children.”
“Per the order, William will pay Jennifer $4,674 per month in child support for the four kids.” Jennifer will receive another $1,735 per month in spousal support from her ex. The judge noted, “Employment-related childcare costs shall be split equally between the parties.” Additionally, William agreed to pay for health insurance.
There’s a stipulation in the fine print:
The “support will terminate if Jennifer remarries.”
Jennifer got engaged to Ryan Boyajian in April of 2024, beachside with PEOPLE Magazine cameras.
The bride-to-be gushed, “We’re both super stoked and couldn’t be happier.”
“We always say that our love is a gift, and this just feels like the icing on the cake. This is a magical time for us. I really am the luckiest girl in the world.”
