Ladies, Jason Oppenheim is back on the market!
The Selling Sunset frontman and the O Group realtor confirmed their breakup in a joint statement shared exclusively with PEOPLE.
The former couple released the statement on Sunday, Feb. 15, while in Hawaii together attending a wedding.
“Jessica is the most beautiful woman I’ve ever met, inside and out, and while we won’t be husband and wife, we will be best friends,” Jason told the outlet.
“Having her in my life is what matters most.”
Jessica Vargas echoed the sentiment.
“Jason and I have a lot of love for each other, and that’s not going anywhere,” Vargas said.
“The best outcome for us is staying close and remaining in each other’s lives as best friends.”
“He’s truly a gem of a human with the biggest heart, and I’m grateful for him,” she added of the Selling Sunset star.
ICYMI: Jason and Jessica confirmed their romance in April 2025 when they made their red carpet debut at the Los Angeles premiere of The Accountant 2.
