Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi is offering more context behind her heated verbal altercation with The Valley: Persian Style co-star Sky Askari.
“I’ve been called many names in my life, but I was raised to pay no mind to peasants throwing stones,” GG wrote on Instagram over the weekend.
The Shahs of Sunset alum revealed that before the infamous dinner argument — which stemmed from Sky’s disdain for living in the Valley — the newcomer had already taken a jab at GG for drinking wine out of a plastic cup.
“Mind you, only myself, Merce, and Reza F. were cleaning the house from morning to night. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I was tired of washing dishes,” Golnesa explained.
“Needless to say, my wine tasted the same from a plastic cup.”
ICYMI: Sky caught heat during the Palm Springs cast trip for her “holier-than-thou” attitude.
Not only did she insinuate that living in the Valley was beneath her, but the group also called her out for rubbing her best friend’s skincare on her dogs — ushering in an entirely new argument.
And despite popping off at Sky on camera, GG says she still reached out the following morning during filming to apologize for her reaction.
According to Golnesa, Sky never responded — which pretty much sets the tone for the remainder of their relationship throughout the season.
“Here is the text I wrote to that b*tch the morning after the fight. She never responded,” GG added.
