If the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne wants to divorce Tom Girardi, she needs to get moving!
US Weekly reported the divorce is at risk of being thrown out of court, after a hearing on June 26 in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The Bravo TV personality’s lawyer attended the hearing, but there was no appearance by a representative for Erika. The judge set a hearing for August 1 for the parties to explain why no judgment has been entered.
Erika filed for divorce from the disgraced attorney in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage. One of EJ’s lawyers, Jim Wilkes, spoke out about the pending divorce. He said, “I don’t think that the divorce will go anywhere. [Tom] is not competent to defend it.”
“I don’t know that you could have a divorce in these circumstances,” added the attorney. He even claimed Erika may have to wait until Girardi’s death to make it official.
