Dylan Efron had no idea what his former competitor was going through while filming Dancing With the Stars.
While appearing in the Watch What Happens Live clubhouse, Andy Cohen asked Dylan if he had any insight into Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios’ breakup.
“All I can say is Alix is such a professional,” Dylan said on the Jan. 21 episode.
“She was making her own YouTube series during that — I saw her training more than anyone else.”
In Case You Missed It: Fans had speculated there was trouble in paradise since Braxton never made it to the ballroom.
However, his busy football schedule served as the perfect deflection — until the inevitable breakup announcement.
“I wish I would have known she was going through that, but she didn’t show it at all,” Dylan added.
In addition to relationship issues, Alix was also coping with her mother’s sudden cancer diagnosis.
Despite “personal changes,” Alix placed second with her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy.
Post breakup, the influencer was seen canoodling with former NFL pro Tom Brady.
“I love that she’s living her life,” Dylan said when Andy asked for his reaction.
