Zookeeper and Conservationist Robert Irwin is becoming more open to the idea of taking on the role of ABC‘s The Bachelor.
The Dancing With the Stars season 34 winner chatted with ET about the speculation of his return to reality tv.
Robert’s POV has evolved:
The public figure said, “Never say never,” to being on The Bachelor. “I’m in this realm right now where I’m like, never say never.”
While he was clearly open to doing a variety of reality tv content, he’s open to becoming part of Bachelor Nation. “You know what? Watch this space. Who knows.”
“It’s a strange world.” Robert reiterated, “Anything could happen.”
After seeing the first round of rumors flying about doing the dating show, Robert wasn’t so open to the idea. “I’m like, oh my goodness, I’m a zookeeper, I’m an animal conservationist. That’s my thing. My world is very different from most of the things that are reported on about me,” he said.
Robert said his life is “a lot more boring than you might think,” and when it comes to romance in particular, “I’m pretty vanilla.”
