Dancing With the Stars fans, get ready to see some familiar faces in the ballroom for season 35.
Judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli announced their return on Good Morning America. Co-hosts Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro, who have hosted the competition show together since 2023, will also be back when DWTS returns this fall.
Derek teased, “You can expect what you know and love about Dancing With the Stars, but also an energized show. It’s going to be an incredible season. I cannot wait.”
Julianne also shared a small taste of what’s to come for season 35’s themed nights. There will be one night featuring “really fun” fashion, but she didn’t spill any other details.
If I were a gambling gal, I’d put money on the pros performing in the costumes created by the Project Runway season 22 designers for episode 8, Designing With the Stars.
ICYMI, Maura Higgins and Ciara Miller were the first celebs announced for the new cast. Joining them are Jackson Olson from the Savannah Bananas and Guillermo Rodriguez from Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Guillermo is partnered with Witney Carson, while Sharna Burgess is returning to the ballroom as a pro after a five-year hiatus. The winner of DWTS: The Next Pro will also appear on season 35.
DWTS will make its two-night premiere on Tuesday, Sept. 15, and Wednesday, Sept. 16 on ABC and will be available to stream the next day on Hulu and Disney+.
