Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality Denise Richards is accused of failing to pay her unemployed, estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, despite the DV charges against him.
Aaron alleged in new documents that Denise is in contempt of a court order as their divorce dispute continues. Us Weekly reported that Denise still owes him $41,500 in temporary spousal support and attorney fees.
In the newly filed paperwork, Aaron accused Denise of not making payments since the court order took effect. Allegedly, she is “stonewalling” by filing additional paperwork in the proceedings. Aaron claimed that Denise made a $4,500 payment in April and another $2,000 in May and June.
Aaron also alleged that he hasn’t received a payment this month, bringing the total of Denise’s supposed debt to $13,500 and another $28,000 to his attorney.
The documents stated, “[Denise] showed adequate income on her last income and expense declaration to be able to make these payments. The attorney’s fees payments were spread out over three months at [her] request to facilitate her ability to pay them. Meanwhile, [she] has been stonewalling [Aaron] regarding mandatory financial disclosures and discovery.”
