Aaron Phypers asked a judge to order Denise Richards pay him spousal support even though he was arrested for domestic violence.
New court docs reveal that Aaron argues in new legal docs that “the only things that should be considered when determining support are his need and Denise’s ability to pay.”
Aaron’s claims:
According to Aaron, Denise’s DV claims should not factor into the judge’s decision to grant spousal support. There is no criminal conviction against him, and the case is still pending. Aaron says he entered a plea of not guilty and has denied all of Denise’s claims of abuse.
In his filing, Aaron said he is without a stable income. On the other hand, Denise earns a hearty income from acting and modeling jobs. Another of Denise’s income sources is OnlyFans.
Aaron argued he took the photos for OnlyFans and should be paid a 50-percent cut of the profits. The thinks the photos are his intellectual property. Additionally, Aaron claimed he was supposed to be paid for his role in Denise Richards and Her Wild Things, but was never compensated.
Another day, another new low:
Earlier this year, Aaron’s family started a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for Denise’s unemployed ex. After massive backlash, the fundraiser disappeared.
Aaron and his family “crossed a line,” as per Denise, by bringing her adopted daughter, Eloise, up in the media. On Tori Spelling’s Mispelling podcast, Denise protected her daughter and her fan community from being manipulated by Aaron.
“Say whatever you want about me, which [Aaron and his family] have. I’ll deal with that after the divorce. But, when you cross a line and bring my youngest daughter into trying to get money from strangers, it’s outrageous.”
“That is wrong. It’s hard enough going through a divorce and the loss of that, but then to discover who this person really is, that’s what is beyond hurtful.”
“Then, to go to this level, to bring my daughter into it. It’s more of a personal thing. It is shocking, but whatever. I’m not surprised.”
