Former Real Housewives of Orange County husband, David Beador, asked to dismiss his divorce filing from his current wife, Lesley Beador.
The marriage is on!
According to Us Weekly, Shannon Beador’s ex-husband retracted the filing months after accusing Leslie of abuse.
David told the court he was no longer moving forward with the divorce on August 14. He asked for the entire case to be dismissed. The judge signed off on the request.
ICYMI:
On June 17, David filed for divorce from Lesley after four years of marriage. The couple wed in October 2020 and share one daughter, Anna Love.
David had listed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
He revealed they signed a prenuptial agreement before getting married. Per the deal, Lesley was to be paid $10,000 per month in spousal support for half of the length of the marriage.
David had demanded joint legal and physical custody of Anna, born in 2021.
The abuse claims (CONTENT WARNING!):
David went on the record to state, “Lesley has physically abused me on several occasions. Only a small portion of those incidents have been detailed in previous domestic violence actions.”
“Lesley is a pathological liar. She will state under penalty of perjury literally anything that will benefit her.”
“Lesley and I have had many ups and downs in our marital relationship, with prior [divorce petitions] filed and dismissed and domestic violence restraining orders,” the petition reads. “I have always been concerned that Lesley’s relationship with me has been primarily based upon her desire to live a luxurious standard of living.”
“In our case [it’s] not just a cliché that Lesley married me for my money. In our case it is a fact, she has made that very clear to me literally.”
