Looks like Dave Portnoy won’t be tuning in to Show Me Something anytime soon…
The Barstool Sports founder revealed on his podcast that he passed on West Wilson and Sophie Cunningham’s new show — and now admits he’s “kind of rooting against it.”
In Case You Missed It: The Summer House alum and WNBA star just launched their own podcast with The Volume, covering sports, Bravo, fashion, food — basically everything.
But Dave says the deal soured when agents got too involved.
“They did a test podcast in our NYC office. But it started to feel like we were getting screwed.”
He also questioned Sophie’s commitment to the project, hinting Barstool would’ve been left doing most of the work.
“I like her,” Dave added, “but I’m kind of rooting against it.”
