The Real Housewives of Atlanta just isn’t the same for Cynthia Bailey without Nene Leakes as part of the cast.
Da Brat asked Cheekbones which Real Housewife she’d bring back to RHOA during an interview on Dish Nation. Cynthia’s response came as a surprise to many, given their history.
Cynthia wants Nene on RHOA:
“I can’t even believe I’m saying this because we’ve definitely had a lot of up and downs,” began the model. But, “I do miss Nene. She’s been gone for a long time. We’ve come full circle. You’ve had the opportunity to see our ups and downs.”
“A lot of ups … a lot of downs,” joked 50+ Cynt.
“At the end of the day, she’s great TV. When you think of Real Housewives of Atlanta, you still think of Miss Nene Leakes.
Da Brat reacted using one of Nene’s iconic lines. “I said what I said.”
Nene settled her legal disputes with Bravo TV:
Now that Nene Leakes and Andy Cohen are on good terms again, there is a chance Nene will return to the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
In January, Nene gave a status update on The Breakfast Club morning show. “We’re not in meetings,” explained Nene. However, “We did settle our dispute with each other.”
“I don’t know if I’ll go back to Housewives … I don’t know what that looks like for me. But, I won’t say never. If they have a check that’s got zero zero zero zero zero on the end, I may be back. I don’t know.”
The host asked if she and Andy came to “a financial settlement?” Nene replied, “I can’t say, but we did settle.”
