Craig Conover wants no parts of Shep Rose’s alcohol-fueled BravoCon rant about him and Paige DeSorbo’s relationship.
“It appears we got pulled into it because our names are all over it,” Craig told Entertainment Tonight.
“It really had nothing to do with us.”
ICYMI: A fan filmed Shep at Mandalay Bay venting about Craig and Paige’s now-ended relationship.
In the clip, Shep can be heard saying:
“It was a sham the whole time, huh? How many more followers did you get? 200?”
He didn’t stop there. He continued:
“She and Craig made millions on reality TV’s back and then she broke up with him on her podcast! Do you understand how f–ked up that is? Talk about biting the hand that feeds you — or ignoring the hand that feeds you, basically.”
It got so messy that Southern Hospitality star Bradley Carter had to lean over and whisper something in Shep’s ear to calm him down.
As for Shep’s “sham” accusation, Craig laughed it off and joked that he and Paige must have played “the long con” for three years.
Despite the noise, Craig said he had a solid BravoCon overall and that any interactions he had were “cordial” — even with the Summer House cast, who have very publicly taken Paige’s side in the breakup.
Although, at one panel, the Summer House girls claimed Craig was “in hiding all weekend,” so… the cordiality might be subjective.
