The Traitors US season 4 contestant, Caroline Stanbury, described the Housewives dynamic in the Scottish castle, particularly her experience filming with Lisa Rinna – whom she knew before filming Peacock’s hit whodunit.
In an interview with Housewives Nightcap, Caroline gave an inside look into what happened while filming The Traitors US.

Dead, and back in Dubai:
“Well, obviously, I’m very disappointed … and killed by Housewives no less,” declared the Real Housewives of Dubai alum.
According to Caroline, “it all made a lot of sense” for those who were chosen to be Traitors. “When I saw the faces of The Traitors, I was surprised I lasted as long as I did.”
“I did say the first thing I said is that Rinna would run her own grandmother down. And I was right.”
Caroline gave credit where credit was due. “Housewives hunting Housewives is actually genius. I’ve got to be honest. We’re threats in one way because we know the characters. We know what to look for.”
“Lisa’s an obvious choice because she always plays the villain.”
Friends to enemies?
Caroline detailed her history with the former soap opera actress. “Look, I know Rinna personally and have a relationship with her. So did she go hard? She went hard.”
However, Caroline remembered that The Traitors is a game. “Would I have taken her out? I would have taken her out. I think she was enjoying her moment because I know who she is.”
“Because I’m British,” continued Caroline, “I can have that sort of sarcastic, ‘Rinna, you bitch.'”
“When I said, I’m going to see you out there, outside, and she said, no, you won’t. I mean, I am seeing her. I’ve just been invited to dinner with six of us. There’s no real life beef. I mean, there might be now. I wouldn’t mind strangling her today.”
In an interview with Parade, Caroline expressed, “I don’t hate [Rinna].”
“I think she’s an evil genius.”
“And I think she really enjoyed killing me way too much, frankly. I’m upset that she took so much joy in it.”
