Below Deck‘s Captain Lee Rosbach took to Twitter to share his opinion on how Captain Sandy Yawn went about terminating Camille Lamb while she covered for him during his sick leave.

Captain Lee admitted he would have fired Camille … but would have appreciated a heads-up beforehand from Captain Sandy.
So I found out after the fact that she fired one of my crew, not before. Ok?

Yes she was and as I have done in the past with other Captains I have filled in for, if there was one of their crew that I had to terminate, I did so, but only after letting the Captain that i was filling in for what I was doing and why and before I did it.
