Ben Waddell is setting the record straight about one of season 10’s more unexpected moments.
The Summer House star responded to a Threads user who brought up a confessional where Amanda Batula joked that Ben liked her and had talked about it in their friend group chat.
While the moment hasn’t come up during the Summer House reunion just yet, Ben teased that it does get addressed.
“There’s no group text, it’s fully untrue. She took it back at the reunion and said she ‘over exaggerated’ that story,” he replied on June 1.
“Hope that clears that up.”
ICYMI: To add another layer of drama to the mix, Ben was replying to a comment left under his girlfriend Sabrina’s post.
Sabrina Belle has been vocal over the last few days about Bailey Taylor’s comments regarding Ben’s treatment of women.
Bailey previously accused Ben of “reprimanding” women during part 1 of the reunion.
Additionally, Ben’s girlfriend also took a jab at Bailey’s recent TikTok joking about the heated moment.
“Seeing it repackaged as a joke for content with my name attached was disappointing, especially because I have been clear that these accusations do not reflect my experience,” Sabrina wrote on Threads.
Part 2 of the three-part Summer House reunion premieres tomorrow at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
