The exes’ relationship, split, and its aftermath caused a media frenzy … but the sale of their house was completed quietly, in an off-market transaction, as per reports from TMZ.

Ashley Fultz of DMF Realty shared a photo of Tom & Ariana’s Los Angeles-area home and announced it was set to hit the market soon. While the realtor never used Ariana nor Tom’s names, its no secret to Bravoholics this 7,800 square foot, 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom estate belonged to the House of Villains personality and the St. Denis Medical actress.
Someone paid full price for the home, off-market. Completing the transaction privately keeps the purchaser from being forced into a bidding war.
“We’ll be closing this bittersweet chapter in a few weeks,” boasted Ashley Fultz. “All contingencies were removed.”
Ariana called out lying Tom over the house last month:
ICYMI, Tom Sandoval claimed that their shared home was on the market to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live.
But, during a red carpet interview at the 37th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, Ariana told Us Weekly that she has “not yet” put the home up for sale, despite Tom’s claim.
VPR’s breakout star had been photographed moving the remainder of her belongings out of the house. Movers wheeled out what appeared to be wardrobe boxes. However, Ariana made it clear that moving her things doesn’t mean the house is up for sale.
