Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix may not be partners anymore, but they’re still homeowners — together.
Two years post “Scandoval,” Tom and Ariana’s house is still in limbo.
The Traitors’ star confirmed the news on Wednesday night’s Watch What Happens Live.
Andy Cohen asked “the faithful” if he’s been in contact with his ex-girlfriend.
“Through her entertainment lawyer, yeah,” Sandoval said.
As for their 2 million dollar Valley Village home? Tom revealed it has not yet sold.
“It’s been a lot of work,” he says.
“I’ve been doing a lot of the heavy lifting, it’s the way that it’s just been. It takes a while, there’s a lot of stuff.”
Tom is pulling a card from the early Scandoval days alluding to the Love Island host not pulling her weight around their household.

In the home, we all fam
Tom and Ariana’s home has been a major point of contention for the exes.
Sandoval felt entitled to the home as he “does the heavy lifting” and financially contributed to any renovations. He wanted to buy Ariana out at the original mortgage cost.
However, Ariana had no interest in making the move easy on him since he cheated on her. The house also has a higher value now than when they originally purchased back in 2019. Ariana also invested into the home in her own way, i.e. furniture, decor, etc.
The Chicago star wanted both parties to move out and split the sale. The issue was Tom had no intent on leaving.
Tom and Ariana’s home has become the Kenya Moore and Marc Daly divorce.
They have two more years to sell before they rival the RHOA couple’s timeline.
