Ariana Madix hilariously took to her Instagram to shade Tom Sandoval and his lawsuit while congratulating the cast and crew of Vanderpump Rules on their Emmy nomination.
The breakout VPR star posted a season 11 cast photo that had a banner that stated Bravo TV‘s juggernaut show was nominated for ‘Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program’ with a caption that low-key shaded her ex. “Congratulations to everyone at Evolution Media, Bravo TV, and to everyone who makes this show great! 💖.”
Sure, that may not be shady on it own, but the host of Love Island USA strategically placed a ribbon that said “Well Done” obstructing her former life partner’s face. Ariana perfectly paired Taylor Swift’s ‘I Can Do It With A Broken Heart‘ with her post.

From Scandoval to a lawsuit:
In case you missed the latest in Sandoval’s shit show, the karaoke enthusiast took legal action against Ariana. Tom is being sued by Rachel Leviss for recording an XXX video of herself without her consent. He – in turn – is suing Ariana for looking at his phone without permission.
According to the lawsuit, Tom’s legal team alleged Ariana “made copies” of the video he illegally took of Rachel masturbating. Then, distributed it to “Leviss and third parties.” However, Ariana and her team have maintained the only people who’ve seen the video are herself, Tom, and Rachel.
Right after news of Scandoval broke in early 2023, Ariana was required to turn over her phone to the court as evidence. Not only did she comply, she’s maintained she didn’t spread the video. At this point, the court will have to determine the truth as somebody is lying.
