Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality Annemarie Wiley wants to end her marriage to Marcellus Wiley following his domestic violence battery arrest over the Fourth of July weekend.
Us Weekly obtained court documents showing that Annemarie filed for divorce from Marcellus, citing irreconcilable differences. Annemarie requested legal and physical custody of their kids, with no visitation. She also requested spousal support and attorneys’ fees coverage.
Annemarie filed a request for a domestic violence restraining order against Marcellus. She asked the court for an order to protect her children as well.
In her declaration, Annemarie accused Marcellus of “a continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation, much of which our children have witnessed.”
Marcellus allegedly threatened to kill Annemarie. She was “scared” of him. The couple was in Orlando with their three children for a basketball tournament when all hell broke loose.
