Andy Cohen Insisted Dorit Kemsley Left Her Co-Stars In Italy, Despite Lisa Kudrow’s Doubts

Bravo TV executive Andy Cohen vowed that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills scene where Dorit Kemsley left Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne stranded after a blowout fight in Italy was indeed “real,” despite Lisa Kudrow‘s skepticism.

The Faux Housewives of Beverly Hills:

During an episode of Andy Cohen Live, Andy responded to The Comeback actress’s claim that RHOBH was over-produced. “It blew up that people were saying she was calling me out on fakery on the show.”

Andy explained what transpired. “Dorit said, ‘Screw you,’ and got in the Mercedes van and left. What Lisa [Kudrow] was pointing out was the other Mercedes van there, so they weren’t stranded.” He insisted that producers told him Dorit “stranded them in town.”

“The other car was the crew vehicle that was taking the crew somewhere else. So Kyle and Erika then called the house to ask for a ride back. They called the house, and that’s why the van that had just dropped off the crew then returned to get Erika and Kyle.”

Kyle and Erika “walking on the street” and waiting for a car was “real.” He added that the woman were waiting “for some time” before the crew van returned to get them. “It’s not even that interesting,” Cohen mused. “I’m sorry to bore you guys, but that is what happened.”

How we got here:

During Lisa’s appearance on Watch What Happens Live, the Romy and Michele star initially tried to spare Andy her opinion, warning him he probably “didn’t want to know.”

“You don’t want me to discuss it,” Lisa teased before finally giving in. “I’m just gonna say black Mercedes Sprinter. Twins,” she said on the May 11 episode. “Caught that.”
