A source exclusively told TMZ that Amaya was rushed to the hospital after experiencing severe abdominal pain.
According to the outlet, the situation escalated quickly, and she required emergency surgery earlier this week to address her symptoms.
Amaya remains hospitalized in stable condition, with doctors continuing to monitor her recovery.
At this time, it’s still unclear what caused the sudden medical emergency.
Following the conclusion of filming for the Love Island USA spinoff Beyond the Villa, Amaya relocated to Los Angeles.
However, TMZ reports she was not on set at the time she was taken to the hospital.
