The Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Nepola updated the BravoCon 2025 audience and Us Weekly regarding her current status with her ex-husband, Todd Nepola.
Good terms:
“We are speaking. Yes, we’re on speaking terms,” according to Alexia. “I prefer it that way because I like to be good with people. Life is too short and fragile, and I like things to be good. I need to feel good about myself.”
During season 7 of RHOM, which concluded its three-part reunion special in October, cameras rolled as Alexia tried to move forward following her split. Alexia revealed that the Bravo reality show only showed a snippet of what happened between her and her ex.
“A lot of things have happened, and the camera is not in my face for all this time. It was filmed a year and a half ago for three months, and a lot of things have happened. You don’t follow my life every day. You don’t see the whole story. Unfortunately, that’s all you saw, but there’s a lot more to tell.”

In 2025, Todd and Alexia reached a marital settlement agreement, nearly a year after filing for divorce, that “they wish to remain confidential.”
The pair were married for three years. At the time, a source spilled that while the duo were no longer husband and wife, “they are still together.”
Both Todd and Alexia signed the agreement “freely and voluntarily” with the assistance and advice of counsel.
The tabloid previously confirmed that the couple entered into a prenuptial agreement “addressing all of their financial issues” days before their December 2021 wedding.
