Aaron Phypers claims he is facing serious financial problems amid his ongoing divorce from actress Denise Richards, including having his car repossessed.
According to TMZ, Aaron filed a declaration claiming Denise still owes him more than $23,000 in unpaid spousal support. Earlier this year, Denise was ordered to pay Aaron $5,000 per month in temporary spousal support.
In his latest filing, Aaron claims Denise has only been paying a portion of the court-ordered support, leaving him in financial distress. He said he was evicted from his home and, at one point, was without power, water, gas, and cell phone service.
Aaron also claims his car was being repossessed and that he couldn’t afford gas to drive to his attorney’s office.
He said he ultimately moved with his family to a “humblingly cheap place not far from my attorney’s office.”
Aaron also blamed Denise for his unemployment, claiming he has been unable to access business contacts stored on his phone after she allegedly admitted to destroying it.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality accused Aaron of domestic violence and was granted a permanent restraining order against him. Aaron denied the claims.
