Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt is set to join the all-star tribute celebrating the 30th anniversary of Broadway’s long-running revival of Chicago.
In addition to the MomToker, Chicago film star Queen Latifah will perform alongside Tony Awards host Pink, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Alex Newell, Julianne Hough, Dylan Mulvaney, and more.
According to Playbill.com, “The performance is the second to be announced for this year’s Tonys separate from the showcases of this season’s Tony-nominated musicals and musical revivals.
ICYMI, SLOMW star and Dancing with the Stars alum Whitney Leavitt made her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in Chicago at the Ambassador Theatre. Originally slated for a limited engagement in early 2026, her run was extended through May 3 after breaking box office records. Whitney’s pro-partner from DWTS, Mark Ballas, starred across Whitney in Chicago for her last set of shows.
To say Whitney’s Broadway stint was a successs would be an understatement. For the week ending Sunday, March 15, Chicago cored its highest weekly ticket sales in the show’s 29-year history.
According to PEOPLE, it brought in a whopping $1,457,930.77 — beating the previous record set in December 2023. Even more impressive, Whitney’s first six weeks onstage grossed a total of $8,049,526.31.
