Victoria Lee Robinson‘s dad filed a request for a civil harassment restraining order against Tom Sandoval after their kerfuffle that left Will Robinson in a lit fire pit.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, “Victoria’s father, J. Will Robinson, filed a request for a civil harassment restraining order against the VPR alum.”
Will’s filing provided his account of a June 3 altercation between him, Victoria, and Tom. Will claimed Sandoval “overpowered” Victoria (seemingly when Tom went to grab her phone) and pushed him into a “stone-lava rock” fire pit.
Then, Will claimed, Sandoval went back inside the house and “began talking about himself having a gun.”
Sandoval’s actions “seriously injured” Will, per his filing. The scuffle resulted in a ruptured disc, a broken thumb and elbow, as well as a laceration on the right heel. Will also alleged that “Sandoval has since returned to the house, starting trouble and forcing me to call the police on him again.”
Will claimed, “This incident was the 5th time, to my knowledge, that he has become physical during a confrontation with my daughter. This time, I was assaulted and injured by him.” The restraining order is “needed to keep him away from me and my daughter’s residence.”
