Lisa Vanderpump bet on Las Vegas, and it’s paying off!
Already owning three immensely successful establishments in Sin City, LVP is expanding her brand … into her first hotel!
The Vanderpump Hotel is coming to Las Vegas in early 2026!

LVP’s official announcement:
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills legend/restauranteur told People “will undergo a complete renovation.”
“It is just going to be another passion project and that’s what I’m looking for in my life.” Lisa added, “It’s a very different challenge because it’s an existing building.”
“What we’ve created before, we literally built a casino floor into a restaurant. We’re going to be working with the parameters of the hotel walls. It’s not like we are knocking anything down but we’re refurbishing all the rooms.”
“It’s great that it’s a boutique hotel and it’s on The Strip.” Lisa added, “It’s just a wonderful project for the Vanderpump brand.”
The A-Team is at it again:
The entrepreneur is working with her design partner, Nick Alain [who fans may remember from cameos on Vanderpump Rules], “for the 188-room property that will be The Vanderpump Hotel, including 19 suites, all of which she describes as ‘attainable luxury.’”
“I get very excited about creating new spaces. I think it would probably be much easier for us as a brand to replicate, to come up with one and then just replicate them and to continue doing them. But, that is not what excites me and Nick Alain as a design company. This is going to be different with our touch. It is all-encompassing.”
“What I love is the freshness, the new challenge, the visuals. I look at everything, everywhere I go. It’s like my mind wanders into the design of it. I find it very, very exciting. And luckily, I have a partner in our design business that likes to explore as well and to create the extraordinary.”
ICYMI, Lisa owns three popular restaurants all within the Caesar’s family. First, LVP opened Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace. Second, Vanderpump a Paris opened at Paris Las Vegas. Her most recent restaurant, Pinky’s, opened at The Flamingo.
Also, just ahead of Pinky’s opening, Lisa bought a $5M home in Las Vegas! Another fun fact … The Cromwell (which will become The Vanderpump Hotel) is where the Love Island USA season 2 was filmed during lockdown.
