Lisa Vanderpump celebrated her third restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, Pinky’s by Vanderpump. Vanderpump Rules‘s namesake told Us Weekly how Pinky’s is unlike any of her other establishments.
Pinky’s:
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum created magic with her newest eatery.
Located inside the Flamingo Las Vegas, Pinkyโs has an “old-school flair reminiscent of the days when the Rat Pack were fixtures in Sin City. The menu includes an entire section devoted to variations on the martini, and the dรฉcor features emerald-green chandeliers that would look right at home in a high rollerโs home.”
โWe were always going for that old, original art deco that the Flamingo should have. And I think it was lacking throughout for so long.โ
โWeโve always wanted to make this place look like when you walk in, you think itโs been here forever. Look at the floor. You would believe this floor. This is a handmade floor, but you would believe that this floor was something that was laid 90 years ago.โ
โEven though itโs called Pinkyโs, we werenโt gonna deliver a Barbie-type [thing],โ explained LVP. โThatโs not our style at all. Pinkyโs was a nod to the gangster [vibe]. โCome to Pinkyโs, see you at Pinkyโs …โ that kind of thing. Itโs about the beauty, the color palettes.โ

LVP, the mogul:
Pinkyโs debut comes just months after Lisa Vanderpump opened her restaurant Wolf in Lake Tahoe. That brings her Nevada restaurant total to four. LVP owns Vanderpump Cocktail Garden in Caesars Palace and Vanderpump ร Paris in the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino).
Of course, these restaurants are in addition to her Los Angeles establishments, SUR and TomTom.
According to Vanderpump, her empire is โgonna get a lot biggerโ โ and she teased that thereโs another big announcement coming in 2025. โThereโs no end goal. Iโm just gonna keep going.โ
