Lisa Vanderpump purchased a $5M home in the Las Vegas area last week … which is just before her third Sin City restaurant opens in November.

Restauranteur and real estate maven:

TMZ was told LVP “toured the property just days after returning from filming Season 2 of Hulu’s Vanderpump Villa in Europe.” She “closed on the house 3 days later.” Lisa’s new luxurious home “sits on a golf course and features a massive pool with breathtaking desert views.” Allegedly, Lisa already moved “and has the place decorated to her taste.”

In addition to LVP’s new Vegas residence, Lisa is keeping her iconic Beverly Hills estate, Villa Rosa. “She’s been splitting her time between L.A. and Vegas, frequently flying back and forth … so, it only made sense for her to put down roots in Sin City.” Locals told TMZ they’ve overheard her telling people just how much she’s fallen in love with Las Vegas. As a Las Vegan, I love this journey for us!

Lisa already owns two Vegas hotspots on the iconic Strip: Vanderpump Cocktail Garden can be found at Caesars Palace while Vanderpump à Paris is located a mile away at The Paris. Her third restaurant, Pinky’s by Vanderpump can be found at the Flamingo.

BravoTV.com reported, “Lisa is very focused on the unique design of the new space.”

LVP’s team released a statement. “Through our design company, Vanderpump Alain, we are embracing the unique history of Flamingo Las Vegas. The designs will be reminiscent of a bygone era.”

“Caesars has allowed us the creativity to truly delve into the Art Deco style and create something that will encompass the stunning design of that time. The building will extend into a dramatic conservatory that will enhance the façade of the Flamingo on the Las Vegas Strip.”
