The Valley‘s Danny Booko told The Eds why he has yet to mend his broken friendship with Janet Caperna, but was able to forgive Jax Taylor.
The difference between Janet and Jax:
Danny explained to Eddie Judge and Edwin Arroyave how his relationships with Jax and Janet have evolved.
When asked, “Do you think you and Janet will ever make up?” Danny wasn’t sure. “I don’t think so. I had hopes.”
“When I say that she didn’t burn a bridge, she nuclear bombed a bridge by the things that she came out and said.”
Unlike Janet, Jax apologized for his actions. “At least he admitted to it at the reunion. He took responsibility.”
Despite Danny and Jax being “friends now,” The Valley personality continues to hold Jax accountable for his actions. “Bro, you tried to literally take my name and my character integrity, that I have a lot of pride in, that I work on daily to try to just run it through the mud and make up things.”
“It’s not just an apology,” explained Danny. “I accept your apology, but there’s got to be action behind it.”
According to Janet, the feeling with Danny is mutual:
Janet told Us Weekly that political differences between her and husband Jason (who are liberal) and the Bookos may be at the root of the divide.
“Danny posted public support for Charlie Kirk and stayed silent on every other political issue happening in our country,” Janet wrote in a comment shared via creator pumptilly.
“I realized we are very different and would likely never find common ground.” However, in the Us Weekly interview clip, Janet says the initial question was edited out — leading fans to assume Janet thinks the backlash against her is purely political.
“I’m aware people hate me for other reasons,” Janet clarified. “I was answering why I can’t move forward with them.”
