Dancing With the Stars season 35‘s Tatyana Ali spilled the tea on how she has able to get Jan Ravnik‘s ladder from The Eras Tour out of retirement.
Tatyana told Entertainment Weekly she was “Honored” Jan’s ladder was taken out of retirement for their performance on DWTS‘s Mariah Carey Night.
“I’m not even playing or trying to be funny,” explained Tatyana of Jan’s precious prop (not that precious prop, you perv.) “I was like, ‘He has boundaries, and he’s very clear about them.’ When he was like, ‘I was thinking,’ and I was like, ‘Is this for real?'”
Jan agreed, “I always had boundaries around my ladder. I don’t share it.” Things have changed for Jan since Tatyana is a “part of our family now.” Jan figured, “The ladder can come.”
“So now they got introduced, and now they [know] each other.”

Taylor Swift’s backup dancer went viral for his steamy ladder routine during the “Lavender Haze” performance on The Eras Tour. To the audience’s delight, Jan danced and used a prop ladder during “Lavender Haze” during the Midnights set of the concert. If a ladder could have gotten pregnant, it would have.
When the tour ended, Jan revealed he took the ladder home. He joked on Instagram that the ladder and he “mutually decided to part ways professionally” and that it now lives in his living room helping him hang shelves and paint walls.
