Something About Her is *officially* open and Stassi Schroeder is giving her stamp of approval!
During Stassi’s “Something About Us” podcast episode, Beau and Stassi recapped their experience at the Something About Her soft opening.
In case you missed it: Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix welcomed their close friends and family to dine with them. Fellow Bravolebs like Summer House’s Lindsay Hubbard and The Valley’s Kristen Doute showed up to support their friends’ newest endeavor.
Stassi and Beau were visibly elated while giving their review of the sandwich shop.
“I got chills because I knew what their vision was,” the podcast host begins. “To see it come to fruition; everything was done perfectly.”
“I can’t wait to see that line wrapped around Robertson to Santa Monica,” Beau said.
If looking at the interior of Something About Her makes your mouth water for a glass of pinot, it’s likely due to Jon Hutman – a famous set designer who worked on many Nancy Meyers films.

Perhaps even more delightful than the nautical delicatessen was running into Stassi’s former “boss” Andy Cohen who also attended the soft opening.

“It was really cool to see Andy Cohen, I hadn’t seen him in years,” Stassi revealed.
“One of the best catchups I’ve had in a long time.”
The photo Andy posted with Stassi, Katie, and Ariana proverbially “broke the internet” after rumors swirled that Stassi and Katie’s relationship was on the rocks.
