Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright were seen filming season 2 of The Valley. However, the soon-to-be divorcees avoided each other like the plague. TMZ reported, “You could cut the tension with a knife!”

The gang was filmed enjoying a sunny Los Angeles day in a community park … with inflatable human hamster balls. According to the tabloid, “Brittany seemed like she did not have a care in the world, laughing with pals. Jax looked like he was in a funk.”

It already appeared Brittany was cozying back up to her estranged husband/baby daddy. “Things seemed to get even more uncomfortable on Friday when BC was getting a tad too close to Jax … before a friend pulled her away.”

Mental health treatment or rehab?

A witness at the filming told TMZ Jax was overheard telling Kristen Doute he was going out of control. That’s the reason he had to go to rehab. The Bravo personality checked into an in-patient treatment center for 30 days in late July.

The former Vanderpump Rules villain’s rep gave a statement to TMZ about seeking help. “Jax has always been candid about his mental health struggles, especially during the past few months on his podcast.”

“He has made the decision to seek in-patient treatment. This is a particularly sensitive time for him and his family. They ask for privacy and respect until he is ready to speak more on this matter.” Notice, it was never explicitly stated that Jax was getting mental health therapy. It says he struggled with his mental health and sought in-patient treatment. I think Jax’s team carefully crafted the statement to soften the blow (pun intended) of where Jax was being admitted.

This was an anonymous tip to Crazy Days and Nights, so take this with a grain of salt. Allegedly, “This multiple time reality star can call it whatever he wants, but it is rehab for drug and booze addiction.”
