Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s daughter Sophia Umansky is going under the knife for a breast lift following her recent weight loss.
Sophia and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star documented their arrival at a surgery center via Instagram.

Kyle explained that her daughter was getting the procedure done by the same doctor who did her breast reduction in 2022.
“I love him and respect him, and would not trust anyone else to do the surgery on my child. I am not a fan of implants.” Kyle continued, “I never had implants. I still don’t, and I’m really excited that Sophia is not getting implants.”
The video then showed Sophia changing into scrubs, a shower cap, and a robe. Sophia also had “before” photos taken before heading off to surgery.
Kyle and Mauricio’s daughter previously shared her plans to get a breast lift in a TikTok video on Tuesday, April 28.

Last year, Sophia told her social media followers about a negative side effect of Mounjaro – she didn’t only lose weight, Sophia lost her hair!
“I started Mounjaro about four months ago, and I would say like maybe for the past three weeks to a month, I’ve noticed a dramatic hair loss situation,” she explained.
Though Sophia’s hair flowed to her shoulders for the clip, she shared a shocking image for her followers. “I’m just going to show you a quick little video of what my hair loss looks like, and this is every day.”
She proceeded to show clumps of hair around the drain and sticking to the walls of her shower, explaining that the reality is “a lot worse” than it looks. “And you’re not even seeing the half of it.”
She demonstrated that when she pulls her hand through her hair during the day, “piles” of hair come out.
