Dancing With the Stars‘ season 34 breakout star Robert Irwin confirmed he was offered a hosting gig at Chippendales in Las Vegas.
Is Robert Irwin taking on Las Vegas?
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Robert confirmed that Chippendales reached out to him – his mom actually – to host their Vegas revue. “That is true.”
“The Aussie boys – The Thunder Down Under – also reached out.” Robert’s pro-partner, Witney Carson‘s reaction quickly switched from pure shock to being mortified, as Robert is like a little brother to her.
Robert responded to the offers. “More power to them. Not for me; not right now. I’ll take the shirt off every now and again …”
Witney, who knows she’s responsible for this, cut him off. “No, you won’t be.”
Laughing, Robert continued, “I draw the line there.” Giving a demo, he joked, “Hips don’t lie!”
While Robert ruled out male revues, fans are still campaigning for the Wildlife Conservationist to be the next Bachelor:
This all started when Witney saw Robert’s scroll of DMs. Witney followed up on her viral TikTok with a message to her Instagram followers.
“Girls, I love ya. Thank you for the applications, through my email and flooding the DMs. If I could line you all up with Robert, I would because you’re all 10/10 perfect cuties.”
“We are currently dancing our lives away, so we are unable to respond. Robert for The Bachelor?! Idk, this is too stressful for me to handle lol!”
Robert is looking for love:
After DWTS‘s second episode, Robert told E! News that he’s eager to find a life partner to experience the world with. “My life is a whirlwind. It’s an adventure. And I would love to be able to share that with someone and to share those little moments.”
Robert said he’s “still looking for the American girl” who’s gonna steal his heart, and revealed that his pro-partner “has been helping” with the search.
Witney joked, “Well, you have to go through a screening process. So, submit your applications through my DMs, and then I will forward them to [sister] Bindi [Irwin], and then — then we will see.”
After hearing Witney’s high standards, Robert quipped, “I’ve got another protective older sister now.”
In true older sister fashion, Witney then teased, “You will be single forever!”
