Fans of Dolores Catania can keep up with her on Real Housewives of Rhode Island.
It’s been alleged by an anonymous source to OK! Magazine that the Real Housewives of New Jersey personality “will make pop-ins” on the new franchise.
Word on the street:
It appears that Dolores and one of the upcoming RHORI stars are old friends. “It would be weird if she didn’t show up. She is extremely close with one of the main cast members and has had a close friendship with her for many years.”
While the tabloid thought Dolores would be a friend of it seems this may be evolving. The insider stated Bravo is “refusing to give her a label.”
“She’s more like a long-term guest. She may come on for events in the beginning and/or at the end. They aren’t building the show around her being a large part of it, but she’s definitely going to be involved for sure.”
RHORI logistics:
While filming for RHORI has yet to begin, the source spilled it starts “at the end of the month.” Multiple insiders confirmed the news about Dolo appearing on the new franchise.
Allegedly, Dolores is “going to rent a summer house” in Rhode Island. “No one knows what the future holds in terms of her being there as she could inevitably become a full-time cast member and move to Rhode Island if she takes off on that show.”
One source didn’t feel like this was a good sign for RHONJ. “They are moving the women onto new projects and new shows. With Andy [Cohen] having already drawn comparisons between RHONJ and RHORI, they are hopeful to film with Dolores. Then, fans of RHONJ will hopefully follow suit and the new show will have an automatic, built-in audience.”
Dolores is rumored to have been invited to BravoCon 2025:
Four season 14 RHONJ stars were rumored to be invited to the network’s Las Vegas convention in November. Three have confirmed, so far.
First to announce she got the call from Bravo was Teresa Giudice. Shortly thereafter, her estranged sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, and her arch nemesis, Margaret Josephs confirmed their attendance.
Dolores is the only rumored RHONJ to have been invited to appear at BravoCon, but she has yet to confirm or deny.
